Empowering your workforce with a growth-mindset

In an interview realised to MásMóvil CEO Meinrad Spenger, he talked about the company’s approach to growth until it became a top four telecommunications operator in Spain.

Spenger assured that, if you want your company to grow, the first principle is to do everything to make your clients happy. Because if you have satisfied clients, then growth comes almost automatically.

In addition, according to Spenger, you need a talented team and to enable a culture that fosters growth. This means quick decision making, no penalties if somebody does something wrong.

Spenger assures that almost nobody at MásMóvil had a big ego. He talks about the great team they are, the good atmosphere there is, the good spirit, the good culture, no envies, support, good collaboration, and the great results that produces. He highlights the importance of looking at the people who you are hiring for key positions, since it’s not so much about experience; it’s a lot about attitude. “Hire people that fit into your culture” – Spenger concludes.
